We have the best technical team in an extremely crowded GTM market with folks from Stanford, Harvard, and top IITs. Opportunity:

In this Founder’s Office (Strategy & Operations) role, we're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial generalist to join our team in the Founder's Office. You'll work closely with our CEO and Chief of Staff on various projects and tasks across areas like strategy, operations, HR, finance, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

In general, you will be expected to contribute to key initiatives that streamline business operations and build the right culture for the company. Some of key responsibilities -

  1. Automations Master: Utilize tools like Zapier and Slack Apps to streamline HR and finance processes, making your workday more efficient and productive.
  2. Operational Excellence: Take the lead in crafting and refining employee handbooks and OKRs that shape our culture and drive success.
  3. Talent Champion: Drive our talent acquisition efforts, manage external recruiter relationships, and play a key role in assembling a team of high achievers.
  4. Event Planning Pro: Plan and execute impactful company events, from offsites to all-hands meetings, that foster team spirit and collaboration.
  5. Market Analyst: Conduct market research on competitive benchmarking and pricing strategies to keep us ahead in the market.
  6. Data Wizard: Utilize Excel or Python to deliver insightful business metrics that inform strategic decisions and enhance stakeholder communication.
  7. Onboarding Innovator: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and offboarding playbooks that ensure a seamless transition for team members globally.

Who You Are:

  1. A proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership and exceptional execution.
  2. Meticulously detail-oriented with a passion for process optimization.
  3. An adept problem-solver, using creativity and a principled approach to overcome challenges.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  1. Either a top-tier MBA or at least two years of experience in an early-stage startup.
  2. Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
  3. Proven track record in process improvement and adoption of innovative tools and automations to setup business operations.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or any other analytical tool.
  5. Willing to overlap with PST hours for 4-5 hours everyday
  6. Demonstrated history of going above and beyond along with the Founders to drive business goals to achievement

Good-to-Haves:

  1. Experience with B2B/B2C SaaS business models.
  2. Familiarity with finance and HR roles.
  3. A history of contributing to culture-building initiatives.

Other Details:

  1. Compensation is $30K-$60K / yearly. This compensation will be a mix of base, bonus and equity.
  2. Open to remote roles in any time zone as long as you are willing to work at least a few hours in PST business hours. We welcome you to work out of our HQ in Mountain View, California as well.
