About the Role:

As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will drive customer acquisition in our SMB segment! We've grown the team very carefully. You would be joining a small team of high performers for an AI-first B2B software company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage prospects from lead to close
  2. Proactively identify and engage new prospects using direct email campaigns, Linkedin, and cold calling.
  3. Clearly articulate and demonstrate the Sybill value proposition
  4. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets with accurate monthly forecasting
  5. Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signing.
  6. Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus.
  2. Quota crusher: Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, along with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals.
  3. Communication: Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
  4. Discovery: Can proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers.
  5. Adaptability: Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
  6. High energy and startup attitude: Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, are adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
  7. Must be based in the US.
