The existing GTM stack only gives reps a better UX to do their admin tasks. With Sybill, reps will not need to do them at all. All they will need to do is take customer calls and supervise the AI, enabling them to be super-sellers.

Our founding team from Stanford, Harvard and IITs has built a sales-specific, proprietary AI to extract highly accurate deal attributes, which unlocks these workflows. This AI-first GTM stack will disrupt both today’s pigeonholed tools (Gong, Highspot, Scratchpad, Clari, Outreach) and remove the need for extensive middle management in GTM orgs.

With Sybill’s conversational AI workflows, reps are seeing a remarkable behavior switch in their day-to-day lives and they just can’t stop using the product (gross retention - 99%+). They are vocal about their love for Sybill on LinkedIn and in personal circles, enabling us to grow 20x to $1M+ in ARR last year.

Responsibilities:

30-Day Goals:

- Onboarding: Complete the company onboarding process and get familiar with Sybill.ai's products, services, and target audience.

- SEO Audit: Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of the company website to identify areas for improvement.

- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases related to our industry.

- Content Review: Review existing website content and make recommendations for optimization based on keyword research.

- Competitor Analysis: Analyze the SEO strategies of key competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Technical SEO: Address any immediate technical SEO issues affecting website performance.

60-Day Goals:

- On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO optimizations, including keyword integration, meta tag optimization, and content improvements.

- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy, including blog posts, articles, and other assets, to improve website authority and engage the target audience.

- Link Building: Initiate link-building efforts through outreach and collaboration with relevant websites and influencers in the sales enablement industry.

- Performance Tracking: Set up SEO performance tracking and reporting, including key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.

- Local SEO: Optimize local SEO elements to ensure our company is easily discoverable by potential customers in our target geographic areas.

90-Day Goals:

- Content Production: Regularly produce and publish high-quality SEO-optimized content to drive organic traffic and engage our target audience.

- Link Building Expansion: Expand the link-building strategy to build a robust backlink profile that enhances the company's authority in the industry.

- Conversion Rate Optimization: Work on conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase the percentage of website visitors converting into leads or customers.

- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

- Previous experience of working with AI powered search engines

- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.

- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
